my highlight of the week was
WAKEBOARDING!
at the SAF YACHT CLUB.
$40 per person, very worth the money!
and yes, everyone managed to stand.
with Jeremy, our wakeboarding instructor. :)
then it was the
ASIAN CIVILIZATION MUSEUM
for the rest of us as danny headed off to project smile.
i had so much fun that day.
woooo!
so glad i decided to give wakeboarding a try.
this week, it occurred to me how short life is.
someone in church passed away the
very same day my grandfather passed away last year.
i attended the funeral wake on tuesday
and it didn't feel good knowing that cancer
took her life away at such a young age.
life IS short.
i think it's time i start treasuring
every moment i have left on earth.
do every thing that i want.
try everything that may seem impossible.
follow my heart.
and live life to the fullest.
as for the family,
i thought that this song would be an appropriate source of comfort.
HEALER
was written by Mike Gugliemucci after he was told that
he had a terminal disease.
to be able to then stand up on stage and declare these words,
i think one must have an amazing faith.
a very powerful song that can change lives.
