we decided to explore some exotic parts of singaporesince dwong, thy american tourist, was back on sunny island.
ooooh. and guess who drove the car? no one else but ME! =pour first stop of the day was the..... 
ARMY MUSEUM.
we were supposed to read some articles
that dwong wrote for his unit back in his army days...sadly, they were not published.but since it was free entry to the museum,
it was worth the drive to MANDAI.
probably the best place that we went to for that day.
the JAPANESE GARDENS. :)
we also crossed over to the
CHINESE GARDENS.hmmm..
some people looking "cool" over there. 
a serene and pretty place for one
to shy away from the monstrous crowds in town.
but if only the weather was a little less humid...and a little less sunny.... 
the live turtle and tortoise museum! hahaha. not really worth our 5 bucks to enter.
hortpark was up next. 
and we certainly had fun
bringing back our childhood memories..
and admiring nature's beauty.
