we stayed in Newark for two nights. the hotel was sooooo nice! huge bed, many pillows, clean and sparkling toilets...
this was US. happy and satisfied before the total blackout happened. the winds were so strong that it blew down a pole, which kind of destroyed the electric wires. so scary!!! no lights, no internet, no nothing for a long time...
we spent one day in new york. and it was a jam-packed day! here are some highlights (will post Lady Liberty photos another day)

then we visited the United Nations... where i had the inspirations to become a diplomat again. what a cool job. =p
